I am very pleased with how professional, efficient and kind Mr Abdin and his wife Olga is. I called Cool- Tech AC this morning and Mr Abdin was here within a few hours. He diagnosed the problem efficiently and also looked at other issues related to AC’s drain line.
He gave some reasonable recommendations to fix the issue with the AC drain line. I am please and trust that once they have the part for the AC, it will be fixed on Monday. I Highly recommend Cool-Tech AC and Refrigeration!!

Cool Tech AC came out again on a call on our older unit. The unit needed a new fan motor and compressor. While AC guys would probably tell you you need a new unit, Cool Tech not only diagnosed the problem but he contacted the manufacturer and found out the parts needed for repair were covered under their 10 year warranty.

So instead of hauling out around $7-8K, Cool Tech charged me for the labor which was just a fraction of that cost. I can now get some additional time out of this unit before getting a new one.

As I tell Louie, Cool Tech AC was one of the best things to find on Google!

UPDATE: The unit finally gave way and we needed to replace it. Cool-Tech came out to make sure it was time. We agreed and so replacement was in order.
We ordered the replacement and the team came out and did the permitting and replacement of the unit.
The breakers needed updating and that was done on the following Monday.
Additionally I had them inspect my other unit for mold and sure enough it was in need of an acid wash and we added an UV light to control the invasive mold.

I had the fan on my AC unit stop spinning on Memorial Day. I called Cool Tech and they were able to arrive the same day. Turns out I needed my capacitor replaced. Special thanks to Louay Abdin as he came by and was very friendly with explaining. The service was quick and pricing was fair. Five stars would definitely recommend 👍
